PAYMENT & ORDERS

Q: What are the available payment methods?
A: Currently Jemmila.com accepts payments only through PayPal.

Q: How do I know when a sold out item is back in stock?
A: All new and restocked products will be mentioned on our Instagram @jemmilaofficial.

Q: Can I modify an order that I have already confirmed?
A: Orders cannot be modified once they have been confirmed.

Q: Can I cancel an order that I have already confirmed?
A: Orders can be cancelled only by sending a cancellation request via email to info@jemmila.com, before a dispatch notification has been sent out by Jemmila.

Q: My order is missing / contains incorrect products.
A: Please send your order number and information of the item you purchased to our Customer Services (info@jemmila.com). We will be in touch within the next 48 hours. You can find your order number in the confirmation email.

Q: What are the sizes available?
A: In general we stock sizes from XS to L (size chart). More specific information regarding the available sizes can be found at each product’s description.

DELIVERY

Q: When can I expect my delivery?
A: The delivery times provided below are estimations, and are subject to change. Orders to countries within Europe will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days and will cost (KR/€/USD). Orders to the United States of America will be delivered in 2 to 5 working days and will cost (KR/€/USD). Orders to other parts of the world will be delivered in 4 to 7 working days and will cost (KR/€/USD).
