Q: When can I expect my delivery?
A: The delivery times provided below are estimations, and are subject to change. Please do remember that we need time to process the orders (up to 48h) before dispatching. Orders to Sweden will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days and will cost 80 SEK. Orders to countries within Europe will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days and will cost 150 SEK if you select express option. For a slower and cheaper option within Europe, we offer Economy shipping option. Orders to the North America (USA and Canada) will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days and will cost 200 SEK. Orders to other parts of the world will be delivered in 2 to 5 working days and will cost 240 SEK.

Q: Is there a way to get my shipment faster?
A: We offer express delivery services for shipments delivered within Europe.

Q: How long do I have to wait before my order is dispatched?
A: Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours during work days. There will be no dispatches during the weekend. You will receive a dispatch notification by email.

Q: Who will pay for the custom fees?
A: Jemmila is not responsible and will not pay for, refund or compensate any custom fees. As custom fees vary from country to country, we recommend consulting your country's customs office for more information.

Q:  What happens if incorrect or insufficient address information is provided?

A: Please make sure correct and sufficient address information is provided during check out process. We will have to charge a return shipping cost in the case of returned item due to incorrect or insufficient information. 

Q: What happens to unclaimed packages

A: Unclaimed packages will be shipped back to us and we will have to charge return shipping fee due to this. There will be attempts to inform the customer about the unclaimed package but if this information cannot reach the customer due to incorrect contact information or failure to claim the package, we will have no choice to charge for this return cost.
